Global Afrobeats star Davido has released the official music video for “B4 B4,” his collaboration with fellow Nigerian hitmakers Mayorkun and Fola. Taken from Davido’s latest album, ORIADÉ, the visual brings the infectious collaboration to life through a vibrant celebration of Nigerian culture, fashion, craftsmanship, and community.

Shot in Lagos by Nouvelle Films, the “B4 B4” video moves through a series of visually striking scenes that place Nigerian heritage at the center of the story. Davido, Mayorkun, and Fola are seen celebrating alongside elements of traditional Nigerian artistry, creating a visual that feels both contemporary and deeply connected to home.

One of the standout moments features the trio surrounded by intricately displayed Adire textiles, paying tribute to the renowned Nigerian fabric tradition known for its distinctive indigo dye and resist-dyeing techniques. Davido further connects contemporary global fashion with African heritage through a blue-and-white Louis Vuitton look inspired by the visual language of Adire, complemented by traditional accessories including a fila hat and kofi cap.

The visual treatment reinforces one of the defining ideas behind ORIADÉ: celebrating where you come from while stepping confidently onto the global stage.

“B4 B4” brings together three artists from different points in their careers, with Davido’s veteran presence complementing Mayorkun’s established Afropop appeal and Fola’s rising momentum. Their chemistry gives the record an energetic quality that translates naturally into the music video.

With the release, Davido continues to expand the world created around ORIADÉ, turning one of the album’s standout collaborations into a cinematic showcase of Nigerian excellence. From its Lagos setting to its focus on traditional textiles, fashion and cultural imagery, the video places Nigerian identity at the heart of a globally positioned Afrobeats release.

Released as part of Davido’s 15th anniversary celebration, ORIADÉ reflects a significant chapter in the artist’s career. The title combines the Yoruba words Ori, meaning head or destiny, and Adé, meaning crown, while the album explores themes of purpose, growth, gratitude, legacy and stepping fully into one’s calling.

Across the project, Davido continues to push the boundaries of Afrobeats while incorporating elements of R&B, amapiano, dancehall and global pop. “B4 B4” adds another dimension to that musical world, pairing a high-energy collaboration with a visual statement rooted firmly in Nigerian culture.

The release further underlines Davido’s continued influence on the global Afrobeats movement as he enters his 15th year in music.
