AI & Generative Tool Policy
In accordance with our commitment to original cultural journalism, Afrobeats Mag maintains a Human-First Editorial Policy.
- Zero-AI Content: We do not publish articles, reviews, or news stories generated entirely by AI.
- Assisted Research: While our team may use digital tools for data gathering or brainstorming, all final drafts are written, verified, and voiced by human editors.
- Disclosure: If any imagery or secondary data in a report is AI-assisted, a clear disclosure label will be placed within that specific article.
Bylines Policy
We sometimes do not permit our journalists and correspondents to add their names as bylines or authors of articles. Some of these articles will be published under Editorial Team to allow them to work and express themselves freely. However, contributors’ names shall be used as bylines.
