South African superstar Tyla continues her dominant run on the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart, as her hit single “Chanel” secures its 10th consecutive week at No. 1.

For the January 10, 2026, chart week, the amapiano-infused pop track maintained its grip on the top spot, a position it has held since debuting at No. 1 in November 2025. The sustained reign has kept former chart-topper MOLIY’s “Shake It To The Max (FLY)” from reclaiming the summit.

“Chanel” becomes Tyla’s third No. 1 on the chart, following the monumental success of “Water” and “Push 2 Start.” “Water” remains one of the chart’s most dominant songs to date, spending 55 non-consecutive weeks at No. 1 and currently sitting at No. 3 with 123 total weeks on the chart. Meanwhile, “Push 2 Start” led the chart for 20 non-consecutive weeks and now ranks at No. 4, with 64 weeks logged.

Together, the trio highlights Tyla’s remarkable consistency and staying power on the Billboard Afrobeats chart. This week, Tyla also leads all artists in top-10 entries, placing four songs within the chart’s upper tier. Rounding out her presence is “Body Go,” her collaboration with MOLIY, which currently sits at No. 8.

Beyond its Afrobeats chart dominance, “Chanel” continues to perform strongly across major U.S. streaming platforms. The single has also crossed over to the Billboard Hot 100, where it currently sits at No. 53 in its third week, further underlining its mainstream appeal.

The Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart ranks the most popular Afrobeats tracks in the United States, using a weighted formula that combines streaming and sales data—a metric Tyla continues to master as one of the genre’s most globally influential artists.
