Born David Nzapa in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, and raised in Cape Town, Western Cape, BabyDaiz’s sound is deeply shaped by the intersection of his Congolese roots and South African street culture. His journey into music began early, performing at school talent shows before building a name for himself at Windsor High School in Lansdowne, where his charisma and sharp delivery quickly stood out.
