South London’s genre-blending artist Teanna Bianca drops her bold new single “Conflicted”, a defiant fusion of R&B, Afrobeat, and Dancehall that challenges societal expectations with every beat. The track captures the modern woman’s duality – the tension between stilettos and sneakers, between feeling sexy yet craving cute, between confidence and comfort.
“This isn’t about choosing sides,” Teanna explains. “It’s honest. You don’t need to fit anyone’s mold to chase your dreams.” Her silky vocals glide over infectious rhythms, creating an anthem that celebrates authenticity in all its messy glory.

The gospel choir-trained artist has been honing her distinctive Tropical R&B sound since childhood, drawing from ’90s R&B nostalgia and dancehall’s pulsating energy. A veteran of stages like O2 Brixton and European tours, Teanna now delivers her most compelling work yet with “Conflicted”.
Beyond music, the multi-hyphenate creative recently unveiled a self-written, directed and starring two-chapter short film/music visual on YouTube. Her screen presence shines equally on ITV’s The Void and YouTube platforms like Beta Squad.
“Music’s my way of connecting,” Teanna says, “and I’m just getting started.” “Conflicted” is available now on all platforms here
